I did not feel comfortable leaving my puppy. The technician was cold , borderline rude to me, and I felt that she will treat my dog the same. Didn't give enough information about the process, only short answers. I didn't know they keep dogs for 3 hours in a crate until their turn comes. Had a bad feeling and canceled my appointment.

Love this place! Friendly and helpful staff and its one of the few places to carry noutrisource. Just took my dogs a bath in the self wash and saw that they had everything you need including a variety of nice smelling sprays after the bath. I'm definitely coming back here!

First time customer and I brought both of my dogs here for a full bathing session. Everything was great and the staff were friendly. Definitely will come back. Only ask is to have more pet products available for use during the bathing. Use a product and love it, could help sales!

The service here is great! Brian, John and the groomer here for my cat, her name is Bridgette, she is amazing. She is very kind, knowledgeable and handles my little furry friend with care and love. And they have a Vet clinic that visits their store on occasions!

We are so happy to have Wag N Wash in the neighborhood. The prices are excellent nd they always send out coupons. Ryan the manager is great. Don’t listen to the negative reviews. I am the most high maintenance and picky dog mom. Some may know them better as pets supplies plus. The grooming staff is friendly. This is the best store around!
